We can offer a full turnkey package, whereby your project manager will aid in completing a range of tasks, including planning permission approval, building control approval and full groundwork packages. We can do as little or a much as you require.

Alongside our bespoke manufacturing service, we also offer our clients the option to hire our modular sports buildings.

Our hiring option is tailor-made for each of our clients. This means they can choose between designing a new building or an existing building from our
fleet. We also offer clients a tailored leasing contract to ensure we can meet
any budget and any special requirements.

How it Works

The first time you contact Springfield, you will be appointed a project manager. Your Springfield project manager will match your requirements to available stock and consider a new build if appropriate. Overseeing the development from start to finish, your project manager will manage every aspect of the installation, right up to handing over the keys.

We understand that investing in a portable building is a major commitment and therefore merits close examination. This is why visitors are always welcome and are actively encouraged to come and view the off-the-shelf buildings we have in stock, as well as looking around our factory and speaking to our expert craftsmen.

The length of the hiring process is dependent on whether you are hiring a used or a new building: in-stock buildings can be delivered within days, whereas a new, custom building is typically built in six weeks.

Here at Springfield we know how important it is for your new building to blend aesthetically in its surroundings.

We offer a wide variety of external finishes including brick slip, steel clad, PVC timber effect cladding, natural wood, Stenni. Pitched roof, flat roof, steel roof. We also offer a variety of window styles and colour options and also external fascias including bull nose and many more.

There are also a variety of internal finishes that are available to personalise your premises.

All of our windows come in a variety of colours. Choose to blend in or stand out and create a unique modular building which is both stylish and practical.

External Cladding Options
