Our Client Process
We understand that purchasing a portable building can be a major investment, so we offer a thorough process shaped around each client to provide the best service possible.
There are two primary paths to purchase when working with Springfield:
- Browse – You can browse our catalogue of off-the-shelf buildings that have been manufactured by us specifically for hire. These may be pre-used or brand new. However, we do not lose the bespoke element of a modular build. All of the buildings in our catalogue can be altered to meet your company’s specific needs.
- Create – You can create a new build with your specific company requirements in mind. Simply get in touch with our team to discuss taking the first step towards creating your perfect portable building.
In terms of our approach, upon answering your initial call, the member of our experienced team that answers will become your project manager for the entirety of the project. This first step in the process provides each client with a single point of contact to establish your needs, produce plans, visit your site and manage construction and delivery. We are more than happy to handle planning permission and to liaise with groundwork contractors and subcontractors for you.
