Gary’s Month of Marathons
Springfield is passionate about supporting the local community. We recently became aware of Gary Morton who is undertaking a number of challenges to raise money for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. This year he embarked on a challenge to run 10k every day for 365 days. On top of the 10k a day he is also running 13 miles in 13 days, which he has now completed. In late September, Gary decided to would begin yet another challenge. He is in the middle of running a marathon a day for 31 days! Gary’s incredible effort is all in aid of raising money for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. They are currently in the process of raising funds to build a new Cancer Care Centre. This brand-new, 11-floor specialist cancer hospital in the heart of Liverpool will provide better and safer care for patients. Please join us in supporting Gary and Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
