We use a steel frame structure and bonded wall panels to ensure our multi-storey modular buildings are not only exceptionally safe but long lasting too. It also makes them extremely low maintenance, which from a cost perspective is certainly an added bonus!

We’re hugely proud of being able to offer multi-storey building solutions that break the traditional stereotype of grey, dull spaces. Just as with our one storey alternatives, our multi-storey buildings can be designed to cater to bespoke specifications. You can choose from a wide variety of building finishes ranging from window options, external cladding options, internal finishes and the all-important roofing! Just because you’re adding even more space doesn’t mean you need to worry about the process. Throughout the design and build you will have one point of contact, making it incredibly easy to communicate with us – from start to finish.

Rent a two storey modular building

Did you know that we have two storey modular buildings available to hire? This means that adding a level doesn’t restrict you to buying, you can choose to hire if that makes the most sense to your business.

We feel it’s important to offer flexible building solutions to each and every client, so if hiring is the right decision for you we can guide you through our simple hiring process. You will be able to choose a fixed contract of up to 5 years or an open-ended contract, and we will be on hand to provide maintenance and advice whenever you need it.
