We offer a range of versatile portable cabins which are designed by our experienced team, based on what you need and built by our time-served craftsmen in our 40,000 sq. ft ISO-approved workshop. The cabin is then delivered to your site for immediate use.

Each client is assigned a project manager from their initial call with us. This manager will continue to oversee the project for the entire process, from initial design to final installation – a complete, turn-key service.

Hiring A Portable Cabin
We offer a bespoke hiring solution for all of our clients. Choosing from either our current stock or, dependent on length of term, a new, bespoke building, we accommodate a flexible hiring scheme. We offer two primary types of contracts:
- a client-based contract where you decide on the contract period, anywhere between three months and five years, with a rental fee fixed for its duration
- an open-ended contract with no fixed length

Buying A Portable Cabin
Purchasing a portable cabin from Springfield offers a permanent, cost-effective solution for any company. Clients can either choose from our existing stock of buildings, or better still take advantage of our truly client-focussed, ‘design your own building’ service. We will provide a dedicated project manager to work with you to design your building, your way!

How it Works
The first time you contact Springfield, you will be appointed a project manager. Your Springfield project manager will match your requirements to available stock and consider a new build if appropriate. Overseeing the development from start to finish, your project manager will manage every aspect of the installation, right up to handing over the keys.

The length of the hiring process is dependent on whether you are hiring a used or a new building: in-stock buildings can be delivered within days, whereas a new, custom building is typically built in six weeks.
